LPG is supplied as bulk LPG or Dökmegaz to users with high LPG consumption. Bulk LPG supply is based on the principle of transporting LPG to users with vehicles that meet transportation standards and filling it into tanks that comply with storage standards at the usage sites. LPG taken from the storage tank is converted into gas phase by a vaporizer, and the gaseous LPG is transported to the point of use through a pipeline.

Based on the user's LPG consumption amount, there are two customer groups: those with large storage tanks (Large Dökmegaz) and those with small storage tanks (Small Dökmegaz).

Large Dökmegaz customers have storage tanks with capacities ranging from 35 m³ to 180 m³ and a sufficient number of vaporizers. Large Dökmegaz customers can choose between LPG or propane.

Small Dökmegaz customers typically include households, small and medium-sized industrial enterprises, tourist facilities, poultry farms, and greenhouses. The capacities of LPG storage tanks for Small Dökmegaz customers vary between 0.5 m³ and 10 m³. Small Dökmegaz customers can also choose between LPG or propane.

Storage tanks can be installed underground (subsurface) or above ground (surface) based on customer needs, environmental conditions, and the technical safety distances specified in TSE 1446.
